Today there is so much out there that is vying for our attention. Our jobs, spouses, children, advertisers, and the list goes on. This is neither good or bad, that’s just the way it is. Our attention is being pulled in every direction leaving us with a restless mind.
A few things to think about regarding this issue:
1) What are your priorities? Know where it is that you want to focus your attention.
2) What gets your attention gets you. Is this what you want to focus on?
3) Control your attention, and you control your mind. Be conscious of where you are choosing to focus your attention, because the mind goes wherever your attention is.
